At Winchester Coatings, Inc. we specialize in providing environmentally friendly industrial "E-Coating" services for a wide range of applications. We specialize in zinc phosphate, and cathodic epoxy coatings applied, with an approved phosphate.

Our E-Coat capabilities feature an immersion method that is able to penetrate into the most intricate features. This capability is supported by two automated E-Coat lines, that allows us to provide truly versatile production capabilities. From stainless, hot and cold rolled steel, to zinc, aluminum, galvanized and galvanealed substrates. E-Coat offers enhanced corrosion resistance, durability, cosmetic appeal, even coverage and is excellent as a primer base.

From very small intricate components to parts as large as 72" x 45" x 24", E-Coat applications are evenly distributed, with high throw power, superior edge and internal cavity coverage. These diverse characteristics and customizable production lines can deliver the coating solution that is tailored to your needs and schedule.

At WCI, we take quality seriously; everything that we coat is subject to stringent quality measures. We offer a wide variety of system and product testing, as well as a long list of additional services such as assembly and JIT deliveries, just to name a few.
